This is a Parlay Method that may have some merit--if you have the patience. It's called "THE $8,000 PROFIT SYSTEM".
The author claims this system cleared $8K at SoCal tracks.
Take the leading jockey--when he's on the leading trainer's mount--and is the clear favorite--bet that horse to SHOW. You'll probably have 2 or 3 plays a day, per track.
The thing is...those show bets will avg about a $2.40 show payoff-anything much higher would be a surprise.
Did some figuring for an 8-race parlay...and use $2.40 as the avg show payoff, starting with $200 wagered on the opening show play:
race 1 $200 SHOW wins $240race 2 $240 SHOW wins $288race 3 $288 SHOW wins $345race 4 $345 SHOW wins $414race 5 $414 SHOW wins $508race 6 $508 SHOW wins $609race 7 $609 SHOW wins $732race 8 $732 SHOW wins $878
Personally, I would probably stop the parlay after the 5th wager. Nothing wrong with a $300 profit!
I'll start today's parlay off with $200 wager to show today at PARX. These are all top trainer/jockey with the race ML favorite.
1st KIT KAT KATIE 2-1
5TH BOOM BOOM GIRL 7-2
6TH NOBLE ENDEAVOR 2-1
8TH DIAMOND SETTER 9/5
Any of these DON'T hit the board...I can kiss that $200 goodbye.
Sure, all 4 showed (think 3 actually won). Still...this method is pretty ridiculous. Ended up netting $69.50. After risking OVER $200 4 TIMES! So no, I wouldn't recommend this--even for kicks.
